• Up to date CV (where possible)
• Birth certificate and/or passport
• Work permit (where applicable). If you are working under a student visa, please also provide details of the college/university that you are attending
• National insurance number (where possible)
• P45 (where possible)
• Original driving / fork lift license (if relevant)
• The details of your bank account. Must be a bank card, cheque book or statement. If you do not have a bank account there are other facilities available, which we’re happy to advise on.
