Mayday Employment’s News Update Ep6

#MENU Ep6

Starting the news off this week is Kristian Fenwick, making his Mayday News debut, with a massive thank you to Portman Asset Finance in Northampton for hosting a #MaydayF1CharityChallenge Race Day last Thursday. We raised a total of £65 for our two partner charities Katharine House Hospice & Banbury Young Homelessness Project. Congratulations again to Chris Martin who smashed the Mayday record books a staggering 8 times to cement his place at the top of the Leader Board. Chris is now in pole position to win the Mystery Prize! Chris recorded a seriously impressive 1:33:091, a time that can still be beaten. So we’re calling out all of our previous Race Day Champions and anyone else that thinks they are the next Lewis Hamilton, the PS4 is set up in the Fish Tank in the mayday office, come in and claim the bragging rights. A reminder that anyone participant that has set a lap time that qualifies inside the TOP 50 on the 7th of July will go into a draw to win 2x tickets to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, 16th of July. The draw for the raffle tickets will also take place on the 7th of July.

Christian Seeney filmed a short message for anyone currently seeking employment in the chair at RJ’s Barbers. Christian was sharpening up for his next client meeting and highlighted the importance of creating a great first impression with any prospective future employer by dressing appropriately and you look presentable. Christian’s advice is to follow the Mayday Employment Facebook Page and keep your eyes peeled for the weekly #TuesdayTips for our inside knowledge on getting ahead of your competition in the recruitment process.

Until next week, you stay classy Banbury!
