The Role

The primary role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide support both internally and to customers. This job role can be fairly varied depending on the needs on a week-to-week basis. However, key duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Responding to electronic queries
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Processing equipment and branding orders
  • Outbound telesales
  • Prospecting
  • General customer service and administrative duties

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, organised and a confident communicator as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities.

The working hours are Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm.
