Mayday Employment are looking for a Customer Service advisor to work at a large automotive company based in just outside of Banbury
Responsibilities overview – Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data input customer orders and schedules accurately.
Log queries onto Customer Service Database and arrange collections with carrier.
Update Order Expediting List and submit to customers.
Complete all general filing and administration.
Assist with occasional sales calls and customer enquiries.
Carry out any other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Accurate data input skills, with good attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
Organised and methodical approach.
Good PC skills and knowledge of SAP software would be an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work as part of a small team and be customer focused.
Proven experience of working in a similar role would be desirable.
Previous experience in the Automotive industry would be advantageous.
