Purchasing/Logistics Co-ordinator (121/02)

Our client is looking for a Purchasing/Logistics Co-ordinator to work at their Banbury site.

They are looking for someone to support the Purchasing Manager and help with the following areas:

Shipments – knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance required

* You will be following instructions including preparing documentation and organising collections.

* Liaising with Sales Department and maintaining up to date records of customer specific requirements.

* Booking regular international shipments with couriers including obtaining best price to meet customer requirement.

* Deliveries – dealing with queries/issues with daily UK couriers.

Telephone/Admin

* Answering and filtering calls.

* Opening, stamping and distributing post.

* Answering visitor reception calls.

* Electronic filing of documents (Docuware).

Maintaining Stock and Ordering

Stationary, PPE, drink supplies, packaging, cleaning and other materials.
