Sales Administrator (121/04)

Salary: £23,000.00 per year + 2 x year profit related bonus.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-3pm (34.5 hours per week)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Skills and Experience:

  • One year administration experience (required)
  • One year sales administration experience (preferred)
  • Good level of Excel experience

Our client is a family business which manufactures quality, well engineered flexible braided wire products for use throughout the electrical industries.

The role will include all general aspects of sales administration and customer enquiries.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Phone & email correspondence which requires excellent communication skills
  • Compiling quotations (identifying customer need, costing, liaising with purchasing department)
  • Processing Orders & Enquiries which requires accuracy
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Ensuring all KPI’s are met
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & Order processing required
