Warehouse Pickers on 2pm-10pm (105/09)

Pay rate: £11.30 per hour

Hours: 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work at a distribution centre in Banbury.

The main purpose of the Warehouse Operative will be to pick goods from the instructions given on scanners and to stack them on pallets in a safe and secure manner.

Key Tasks:

1. Pick works orders for various customers as required
2. Get print-off of delivery pick lists from logistics administrator
3. Pick quantity from location
4. Stack as customer requirement
5. Label pick with part number and quantity
6. Confirm quantity on pick sheet
7. Repeat 3-6 until order is completed
8. Go to stretch wrapper
9. Stretch wrap pallet
10. Double check order before release
11. Ensure area is clean and tidy
12. Provide support for line kitting
13. Any other duties commensurate with the role

Experience/Competencies Required:

Must have good numerical skills for counting goods

Ability to work on their own initiative

Must be flexible if overtime is required.

Positions are to start ASAP after an assessment and are temp-perm.

Warehouse experience is a must and a valid PPT Licence would be desirable.
